This week, Jeep announced new models and variations to existing models with battery-electric drivetrains as part of its early intentions to electrify its roster more. The company unveiled three new models: the tough and trail-ready Jeep Recon, the Avenger, a crossover for the international market, and a svelte, powerful addition to its upmarket Wagoneer range. The Wagoneer S is a sporty and contemporary crossover that might compete with the Tesla Model X and other high-end electric vehicles. We may anticipate at least one more new model to make its appearance during the next 18 to 24 months as Jeep has stated that they would introduce a total of four zero-emission cars by 2025.
