Airbus New Blended Wing Concept May become the Future of Air Travel!

Airbus new blended wing concept airplane could revolutionize the way we travel and save on fuel costs as well. To demonstrate the concept of a flying wing, Airbus has constructed the MAVERIC prototype which is a 2 m x 3 m wide remote-control model that the company uses to demonstrate the concept po potential investors and supporters. Airbus states the blended wing concept will reduce emissions by 20 percent compared to traditional aircraft design. A full size, blended wing airplane would be able to fly farther, use less fuel and seat more passengers in a “single aisle” configuration.
